Would Puppy work on an Android 4.1 tablet or netbook?

Linux/Android

What Distros might be used to change a device running Androi 4.1 "Jelly Been" to a linux machine, maybe dual boot?

It's got a Cortex-A9 dual core 1.6G cpu and Quad-Core AMD z430 GPU, 1GB DDR3 ram, and a 4-32GB nand flash rom, T flash (max 32GB)micro SD.

It has wireless b/g/n, ethernet thru USB and HDMI video out and USB 2.0.

I bought is from DealextremeDX.com. The have many similar models.

Can anyone help with this project? I thought it might be fun mobile with a headsup display.

I haven't looked into it, but perhaps the links here will get you started regarding Puppy on ARM. There's a version of Debian that I can run on my now-ancient Flytouch in lieu of Android 1.6, but don't know if it's available for the A9
