Debian KVM kernel panic

Okay so I installed Debian over VNC. I used the encrypted lvm and everything seemed to go well. But when I went to log in it says unable to find volume, and it mentions it cannot find the three volumes, root, home, and swap -- or something like that. Then it goes into kernel panic. What do I do now?

More effort is spent (or should be) on testing, diagnostics, error checking and error messages than in the code. Developers went to a lot of trouble to give you a clear indication of exactly what went wrong. Why do you think some random group of strangers know more than the developers of the code?

Cut and paste the exact error message. Also the full stack trace of the kernel panic.
