Previously eth1 was allocated with one IP like

?.?.249.18

which is from my ISP, due to the relevant bridged adapter, now it is not. this is the problem.

Hi,

well edit ifcfg-eth1 appropriately and run "ifup eth1". Have you read the documentation yet?
