First time caller, long time listener
Hi. I'm Dave. I have been a SysAdmin since '95 when I cut my teeth on AIX. I started playing with Linux then too. I moved on to HP-UX a couple years later. In the early days I always had a Linux system running at work, typically as my workstation. Now I configure High Performance Clusters using RHEL/CentOS and a few with SLES.
I got into computer repair thinking it would be a side job to put me through college while I figured out what I wanted to do with my life. Now 20+ years later, I am still working in the computer field, and I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up...
