Unhappy Apache2: IP displaying instead of domain

Hi! This is my first post on this forum, so I apologize if this problem has been addressed earlier and I didn't find it.

I've got an old desktop running Kubuntu 6.06 and Apache2 that I use as a media center and webserver. I registered a domain a while ago, (scelest.us, placeholder page for now) and haven't been able to figure this out myself. If you go to the site, you'll notice that the address bar displays my IP address, not the domain name. I called the folks I got my domain name from (GoDaddy) and they informed me that the problem is on my end.

Does anyone know how I can fix it? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

When you type scelest.us in your browser you get the following returned:

[user@machine ~]# telnet scelest.us 80
Trying 64.202.189.170...
Connected to scelest.us (64.202.189.170).
Escape character is '^]'.
GET / HTTP/1.1
host:scelest.us

HTTP/1.1 302 Found
Date: Fri, 01 Sep 2006 13:07:07 GMT
Server: Microsoft-IIS/6.0
X-Powered-By: ASP.NET
X-AspNet-Version: 2.0.50727
Location: http://71.235.205.79/
Cache-Control: private
Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8
Content-Length: 138

<html><head><title>Object moved</title></head><body>
<h2>Object moved to <a href="http://71.235.205.79/">here</a>.</h2>
</body></html>

This page is a redirect to another location, which your browser then automatically follows. The redirect is to the address that is in your browser address bar, rather than a domain name.

Your issue is with the people who are hosting the domain scelest.us:

[user@machine ~]# nslookup 64.202.189.170
Server: 172.18.128.17
Address: 172.18.128.17#53

Non-authoritative answer:
170.189.202.64.in-addr.arpa name = pwfwd-v01.prod.mesa1.secureserver.net.

Authoritative answers can be found from:
189.202.64.in-addr.arpa nameserver = cns1.secureserver.net.
189.202.64.in-addr.arpa nameserver = cns2.secureserver.net.
cns1.secureserver.net internet address = 64.202.167.31
cns2.secureserver.net internet address = 68.178.211.100

And they are:
[user@machine ~]# whois secureserver.net
[Querying whois.internic.net]
[Redirected to whois.wildwestdomains.com]
[Querying whois.wildwestdomains.com]
[whois.wildwestdomains.com]
