Qmail preblem, can't receive mail in Outlook...

Qmail + Mysql + Vpopmail.

all sofware were installed correctly, and work without preblem.

on mail server , send and receive mail between local users is ok,and can send outside .
on client,can't receive mail in Outlook, yet send mail is ok .

and Outlook said:


'Incorrectly built binary which accesses errno, h_errno or _res directly. Needs to be fixed'

server error: 0x800CCC90 , error code: 0x800CCC92

i conquer this problem at last~!
i look for information about error one night, somebody said this error is a known promblem with RH9!!!
now i reinstall rh8,and qmail,vpopmail. it works fine.
