Hey Folks,
I am way out of my comfort zone with Sabayon...I have been a user of Ubuntu and Buntu based distros with a little use of Arch based stuff. Gentoo is something I have never tried before today.
I installed the newest version of Sabayon with the Gnome DE. I got some additional software installed and did some tweaks and have been really impressed with the usability and speed of the distro. Need help with one thing.
I would like to install the client for MegaSync. I found this post on the Sabayon forum and tried it. This got me to the point of a non-working Mega button on my dash.

I used the RPM install sequence shown on the post.
I then found an ebuilds text file and downloaded that but am not sure what to do with it. I tried changing the properties of the text file to executable but not sure what to run it with.
If anyone can give me a hand getting rid of the non-working Mega icon from my dash as well as some pointers on how to install it correctly I would be very grateful!
