Here are some details:
First Boot:
Audio works perfectly
3D gets roughly 1600-1700 FPS in glxgears
Compiz does everything perfectly
Fullscreen Applications run (ex. World of Goo)

Reboot:
Audio reverts to pulseaudio (think PC speaker, but through the speaker system)
3D runs at 60 FPS (I'm thinking software rendering)
Compiz doesn't do any plugins and cuts off the title bars of windows
Fullscreen applications don't show up, but show up as a process on system monitor

Any help would be appreciated. I tried live help but no one answered. Forums reach any timetable.

Something I forgot to post:
Using the Gnome session instead of the default (Also gnome) fixes the 3d acceleration, and changes how the icons look. (not that I care how the icons look), but everything else is still wrong.
