Hi experts,

I bought a brand new IBM t40 and tried times to install redhat 7.2 7.3 8.0 on it, but failed?

for 7.2 7.3, I can install but Xwindows cannot work!!
I thought the problem is because of the graphic card. ATI Mobility Radeon 9000.
after that I edit me XF86Config-4, do some modification, still no X-win, and redhat always can not choose right graphic card, it chooses the MESA or something. for a newbie like me it is toooo much to come up with other solution to it.

for redhat 8.0, after booting from the CD, message " cannot find harddisk" showed)

any solution to this? I want to install 7.3.

(the reason for install 7.3 or 8.0 is that some tools only support 7.3 or 8.0, no higher version)
