it seems you are using nery new hardware with very old linux version.
Since in linux drivers are part of the kernel... i tend to find linux struggling with hardware that is younger than the kernel.
i owuld surgest using a more recent linux distro.. if you want to stick with redhat. go for fedora core 2 (or is version 3 stable yet/... dont know)

I had the same grub problem with redhat 9booting XP.
please post your /boot/grub/menu.conf file.
it seems you can fix thee problem wither by updating grub,... or fiddleing some device mapping commands.
And the reason your graphics card is not listed, is because geforce 4 craphics cards did not exist in the days ofr redhat 7.x
