Will Scientific Repos for 6 work on 6.1?

This maybe a stupid question but you never know. Another question I have is when you go to pbone and there is a list of "other" what does that mean?

Thanks in advance!

Should be fine, the packages should work for the life of the major version. Regarding pbone, I'm guessing it means that they're not distro specific, can you be more precise?

Anytime the upstream vendor releases a 5.x or 6.x release, it's only as a cumulative update for the media discs. The repos are always updated regardless of where you started at, so you'll still get the latest security patches and bug fixes. The same goes for the Debian updates to the Stable branch as well.
