Where mails get stored

Hi All,

I'm planning to use surgemail. Generally all the incoming mail where it'll get stored? /var/spool/ ?? or it can be in any other directory?

/var/mail on my system.

It depends on what MTA your using.. by default most will get stored in /var/spool/mail but this is easily changeable by usually editing your config files for whatever MTA you end up using, etc.
