Where I can find a System administrator's guide for RHEL 5 and 6?

Hi guys,

I am looking for a System administrator's guide for RHEL 5 and 6. I found it for RHEL 4 and 7 but I couldn't find it for RHEL 5 and 6.

My questions are:
1. Where I can find the guide for RHEL 5 and 6.
2. Are they don't exist?

Thanks,

If you put your mouse over "7", then change to 6. The "guide" for RHEL 6 will be "Deployment Guide". I have an account as a partner for Red Hat, and for RHEL 6, it doesn't appears something like "System Administrator guide"

Hi Stvrosky,

First, Thank you for your answer. I found the Deployment Guide for RHEL 6 with your help. As the name of the guide, it has the information about deployment only.

As a newbie in Redhat world I was looking for a official guide that came from Redhat. The system administrator's guide for RHEL 7 was just perfect for RHEL 7. But I need to dealing with many RHEL 5 and 6 machinces so I was looking for the guide for 5 and 6.

Yesterday, I asked same question to my coworker. he said, maybe the guides I am looking for aren't exsit. Maybe he is right.

Anyway thank you again for your help.

Hi John,

I think you misunderstood my question. I am looking for "System administrator's Guide" document for RHEL 5 and 6. I have eyes can see top left side of the page. I already found deployment guide or installation guide for RHEL 5 and 6. If you have eyes, there is no document named "System administrator's Guide" in the pages for 5 and 6. I was wondering why there are no "System administrator's Guide" for RHEL 5 and 6 because there are "System administrator's Guide" for RHEL 4 and 7.

Hi brainvat:

I don't know why Red Hat doesn't have a "System Administrator" for RHEL 6. But all the documentation about the product is there, there isn't more than that.

I eleven the installation guide is analogous to the system administration guide in RHEL 4.
