where can i find the configuration file for display settings in Redhat 9.0

hi there,

I need the file which stores all the information regarding the display properties in Redhat 9.0
for instance, where does the application redhat-config-xfree86 stores its values,
such as,
Monitor Type (Model),
DPI information,
Video card type,
Driver,
Resolution,
Color Depth,
Horizontal and Vertical refresh rates etc...
