where's package-config from gui on rhel5?

My mind is now officially MIA. My new RHEL 5 gui doesn't make it obvious how to get to a package manager that will let me pull source RPM's from my distro, or examine my drives, looking at all partitions and empty spaces to create, format and/or mount new filesystems. (I'm a spoiled harddrake user).
Being an RTFM freak, the best possible help would be directions to a tree diagram that shows how to get to these system utilities.

Thans in advance,
Coot_jg.

RHEL uses up2date (or did). I think I read somewhere that starting with RHEL5 they'll be using yum and getting rid of up2date but I wouldn't swear to it. Fedora Core does use yum instead of up2date.

up2date requires a subscription at RedHat.

For more details:
man yum
man up2date

I'm no expert on RHEL but I just started with RHEL 4 and what I do is, at a command line type 'system-config-packages' and this opens the package manager
from what I've noticed you can access most all the system config stuff this way
type in 'sytem-config' then tabtab and it will give you a list of config options then you can 'man <command>' till you get your fill
