Weblogic 10.3.6 GUI installation won't work on RHEL6 with Exceed+F-Secure SSH

I met a big problem during the installation Weblogic 10.3.6 on RedHat6.6, below is my headache:

Posting this in the hopes it will help someone else:

We had recently installed one RHEL 6.6 systems with Weblogic10.3.6. On doing so we had used a Windows 7 machine running Exceed7.1/X for
displaying X windows back to the desktop and F-Secure SSH with ssh tunneling enabled for initial login. We had problems using the Weblogic
runInstaller GUI on the desktop, that installation GUI couldn't pop-up.
But we tried GUI installation with Xming+Putty, we had no problem for installation.
However we have comercial license for Exceed7.1&F-Secure SSH.
Do anyone have exprience how to fix this? I really appreciate all of you can provide suggestion.

We had issues a year or so ago with this and updating to Exceed version 14 fixed it. We recently update to version 15 and have no issues.

FYI: Exceed is now called OpenText Exceed rather than Hummingbird Exceed as OpenText bought them somewhere before I did the version 14 download. New site is https://www.opentext.com.
