Unrecoverable Error: execv() error attempting to run
 

When I execute my program, this warning message sometimes appears ,
Unrecoverable Error: execv() error attempting to run: /usr/local/bin/exec/ge256 errno: 2 (No such file or directory)

However, the file /usr/local/bin/exec/ge256 does exist.
My program still execute as expected except with the display of this occasional message.
