Unable to retreive install.img in rhel6.3 64bit

Hi,
I am getting following error when trying to install Rhel6.3 64bit using through pxe server.
Protocol used:ftp

Unable to retreive install.img

Note:Rhel 6.3 32bit installation is working fine using pxe server.

Please provide valuable suggestion to troubleshoot this issue ASAP.
