u32 lib not in red hat iptables 1.3.5?

When trying to build a filter, iptables with u32 in RH5, I'm getting:

Code:
iptables v1.3.5: Couldn't load match `u32':/lib/iptables/libipt_u32.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
Checking the rpm, libipt_u32.so is not there either. Can anybody
shed some light on this?

OK, you are beyond my ability to directly help on this one but, the little I do know is:

u32 is a module, and, in general, modules may are may not be present in a particular iptables install. There is much information here, in particular, the extensions are covered in the Netfilter Extensions HOWTO.

Well, here's the solution:

Red Hat's 2.6.18 kernel has no support for u32 module, so the
the library was excluded from the iptables rpm. Support for
u32 has been included on upstream kernels, so I may choose from:
1) wait for RHEL 6
2) recompile from the .src.rpm
