Traffic and time limits for internet users.

I'd like to organize traffic and time limits for internet users in my LAN. I,m using Red Hat 7.2 Proxy server with squid access.log. I have sarg for reports and ACL for IP addresses of users, butI'd like to automate information online for users going out of limits. Have anyone scripts or programs or idea how is the best way to organize it?
