ssh 3.9.1p1 rpm?

Due to security vulnerabilities - I need to upgrade ssh on Redhat 9 to 3.9p (3.9p1) - does anyone know where i can find rpms for this - or do I need to create rpm, compile, etc myself?

Thanks.....
