Squid does not allow my Clinets mirc chat and webcame


Hii Redhat Partners,
I m using Redhat Enterprise 3 on which squid server is running, now problem is this that Client Users (winxp) cant run Mirc and webcame (at yahoo).
How to enable Mirc and webcame on Client Computers where SQUiD (Redhat E3) is running on the server end.
Guide me please, Thanx.........
