Advantages in what area? Is there a specific "region" in Redhat that you are curious about? This general question is pretty broad.

I don't see many advantages in using RedHat besides the fact that is a good easy to learn distro for beginners. Also, this is an Oracle supported distro.

Database. When you install Oracle, it must be distro specific if you want support from them.
