"setup" or "elinks" text garbage displayed

Hi,

When I use "setup" or "elinks" or any other comand line tool like that I get funny characters and formatting that is hard to read especially when tabbing between items.

The characters that frame the "window" and "buttons" are not showing properly.

I'm using the latest RHEL 4u4. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Sam

I'll just go ahead and answer my own question. After a lot of tinkering setting my terminal to UTF-8 fixes everything.
