setting up CentOS repositories for RHEL 6.2

Hey there .
well, there's a company which has RHEL 6.2 as their server OS .
well, due to commercial issues related to RHEL, they want me to add CentOS 6.2 repositories for RHEL, well I just saw here :

But I could not set this up for version 6.2
there are some error while installing centos-release-6-2.el6.centos.7.x86_64.rpm
Please help me add CentOS 6.2 repositories on RHEL and solving the yum and update problem in right way.
Also, as a note : It's not possible to install CentOS instead of the current OS .

you might want to read the wiki page on migrating rhel to cent

http://wiki.centos.org/HowTos/MigrationGuide

you will have to edit the "how to" for 6.2
the wiki describes rhel6.0 to centos 6.0
