Samba serve issue(Rhel5)
***Help Required***
I have installed samba and shared a Folder from RHEL5,
I am able to access the folder from client systems(using XP & 7).
But when i try to access shared folders from the client system in RHEL5 Network servers > Windows Network it displays an error "The folder contens could not be displayed".

I am not able to understand this line?
What is the meaning of RHEL5 Network server??
Is it in same network?
In samba have you specified the Ip address or hostname or network range of this particular server you are talking about?

Its actually the path, Places > Network servers > Windows Network > = so when i open windows network it displays the error message...
And i have given a static IP and an hostname.

I think you can access only those folders which are shared with proper permission on your linux box.
So make sure the path you are going for is mentioned in smb.conf
