Please help me how to solve this problem
A brief Google search returned lots on this, the first hit:
explains how to solve the problem. However, your question is a bit hard to follow. You say "after installation starts", then "at the time when the boot loader is been installed"...which is it? The boot loader gets installed after alot of other things have happened. Did you verify the installation media? How are you performing the installation (DVD? CD? Network?).
Also, since you're using RedHat Enterprise....I'd suggest calling RedHat support, since you're paying for it, with your Enterprise subscription. If you're not paying for RHEL, please load CentOS instead, which is community supported.
When the installation starts for the Red HAT everything goes smooth till all the rpm are installed. After that the Bootloader is installed and a small window opens in which it is written that the bootloader is been installed. This window does not go and is taking time too much to install bootloader and remains at this screen. Thus the setup is not completed. I see messages in the terminal as will this window is open
rpmdb: PANIC: fatal region error detected; run recovery
why my bootloader is not been installed and why the setup is not completed and i am stuck at a point
Please Help.....

Ok...are you sure your hard drive is good? And as I said in my first post, I'd suggest you contact RedHat support, since you're paying for it with your subscription. They can walk you through this over the phone.
