Question RHEL5 Hangs On Bootup After Resetting FSB

Hi, i'm a bit of a noob with linux so hope someone can help, i recently discovered that my server's FSB was set to 100MHz & not 133MHz, slowing the AMD Athlon chip from 1.7GHz to 1.2GHz, when i tried resetting the jumper to 133, RHEL just hangs on trying to initialize the volume groups, does anybody know how to solve this problem?

Thanks In Advance,
Andromedan
