RHEL AS 4.5 - turn off update via proxy

One of my RHEL AS 4.5 servers trying to get updates from the Internet via proxy. It's going to Where do I find the proxy settings on the server?

look in /etc/sysconfig/rhn/up2date

Thanks. While this was the file. I needed to launch "up2date-config" GUI from which I could disable the proxy.
