RHEL 6.3 using swap

Hi there,

We have a new red hat 6.3 X64 Enterprise server which runs a ERP package and after i while i see that my swap usage i growing. Until a point that system becomes slow. (e.g. after username & pwd the system hangs for 10 sec, Print commands are slow) and then after i stopall all databases and processes i need to reboot the server to get it back to speed. Is there a relation to swap usage because on our previous server RHEL 5 we didn't had this problem. There is one difference the rhel6 is a virtual machine and i don't know i f we need to check some extra setings for that.

John

Sounds a bit like a memory leak, have you raised a support case with the ERP package vendor?
