RHEL 3 U5 AS KDE App Link Question

When I create a desktop link to an application in RHEL 3 U5 AS KDE, the execute tab allows me to select "run in terminal" but does not include a checkbox for "Do not close when command exits" as SLES 9 SP1 KDE does.

There is a "terminal options" input field, but I could not find these documented anywhere. So I have to come to this forum and beg for someone to tell me secret terminal option to leave the window open after the command exits.

Does anyne know the option or where it might be documented?

thanks very much,
tongar
