remotely installing rhel server 6 remotely

i have a desktop that i am using as a server. It is currently running without a monitor/keyboard running windows server 2008 to assist myself with a class i am taking. I am wanting to switch back to rhel but dont want to move it to a location to connect it to a monitor and install it there. I know theres a way to start an install using the boot linux vnc command but i would like to get this started automatically rather then having to input the command. Would anyone be able to tell me how or provide a link i may have missed when i tried to search for a guide on how to do this?

As long as you can access it there is a chance it can work. Red hat uses the kickstart but there are tons of ways to do it.

An easy would be any live media that you have setup to access by some means also.

Think about setup's like pxe or gpxe/ipxe from some source. I think a knoppix would be easy to setup.

Is there a good guide on how to use kickstart by chance? I would like to be able to edit the grub.conf so that it will automatically startup the installer with the vnc server started so I can manually install rhel server 6 on my laptop. However the grub.conf file in the ISO file was a bit more cryptic then what I'm used to seeing. Id post the file to show you what I mean but I am not home ATM so I can't access the file atm
