Redhat Server Freezes out with Kernel Panic !!!

I have a issue with my redhat linux mail server,Daily it freezes out with a message on console Kernel Panic:....... Then I lose N/w Connection and it is jus line a server Hang up situation... It is a Redhat 8.0.Qmail 1.03 Mail server with Disk Size..
