RedHat Network Alert Notification Tool

When I click (Launch up2date) button, got Redhat box then click forward,
channels box then click forward, got information screen:

Critical Information
Your system is currently has up2date-4.0.1-1 installed, but the latest available version is up2date-4.2.5-1. It is recommended that you upgrade to the latest up2date before updating any other packages.

Up2dates version: 4.0.1-1

I have download update, but how to run install update or up2date to install 4.0.1-1 and once it install then I can go get other up2date 4.2.5-1.

How can I do this?

Thanks
