http://redhat.com/training, anything else would be cheating, which we won't assist you with, especially as there are no "questions" in the exam, only hands on tasks.
Additionally how can you possibly need both 033 and 253?? They are a long long long way apart in terms of knowledge levels. It would seem to me you have not done enough background reading on Redhat certifications if you're asking things like that and need to do some more research before pursuing it.
