redhat enterprise linux 5 network installation in virtualbox using nfs

Hi,

I am using a laptop with ubuntu installed as host system
I am using virtual box to install rhel5 as guest system
i am trying to configure nfs server on ubuntu host system
and want to install rhel5 using nfs

error :
i am getting the error
that directory could not be mounted from server

i don't think it is a network issue because i have installed using http and it goes perfectly

If you're sure its not a network issue then would you be able to test mount the nfs share from a remote PC on your LAN?

it works fine.
i went up to other machine started vmware there and then tried to install in same way using nfs image from same location. it worked fine but still, on virtual box the problem persists

Set up a route between the two with the "route" command and use that.
