redhat AS 3.0, system time delays 3 sec everyday.


hi,all.
My company uses RedHat AS 3.0, 64bits.

The system time of linux always delays 3 sec everyday.

because, this server cann't connect internet, I cann't use NTP to change.

how can i do.

thanks a lot.
