Red Hat Updates

Hi,

My RHES 4 subscription ran out a few months ago and not going to renew.
Still getting update notices email from Red Hat, but I can't log in.
Is there another site I can get these updates?
Planning to re-install, what can I do to update my system without official support?

Much appreciated

Sorry to say but you can't. That's why it's a paid subscription. If you wanted to have free updates, go with a Fedora Core.

Rhes 4 V Fedora Core

Hi twantrd,

Is it the same as RHES?
If not, what are the differences?
I am using RHES 4 for school.

Thanks,

I think CentOS would be ideal for you. CentOS is a free rebuild of RHEL.
