With NFS or, if you want to share them in a Windows environment, with CIFS and/or Samba.
Red Hat has excellent storage and networking guides for RHEL7.

This poster is weird. S/he tosses out very broadly scoped one-line questions for which lots of information is available online, gets some feedback, never follows up, never engages with the contributors. I wonder if this is about homework?
