Red Hat Enterprise install on SATA HD

I'm still new to linux so bare with me. I'm attempting to install Red Hat Enterprise WS version 3 on a Dell Optiplex GX280. I've installed it before without any problems on other systems, but since this one has a SATA drive Red Hat can't find the hard drive at all. How do I get around this little problem?
On further note, I don't have internet access on the system itself (I need to run a cable), it only has 1 cd drive no floppy if that makes a differance at all.

I looked in the case, as well as on the dell site, neither place can I find any further info on the maker of the SATA.

If you need any other info, just ask.
Thanks in advance for your help.

I figured it out thanks to another thread;

Sorry about not searching the treads first.

But I'm very happy that this info was here, all I did was go into the BIOS and changed
the SATA settings. I configured it from typical to combination. I then fired up my RH Enterprise
and it's installing right now.
