pysqlite and sqlite

Dear friends,
Can someone please help me find pysqlite(or python-sqlite) and sqlite rpms for Red Hat Linux 3.2.3 ia64? I don't use linux in my home computer and I have to tell my system admin to install those packages but I can't find 'em.I'll really appreciate any kind of help
