I was able to get past the 16M issue by typing "linux mem=128M". This tell Linux that you actuall have more that the detected 16M. However, I still have not gotten past an issue where Linux does not see the drive array.......

You need to check the BIOS on your SCSI adapter. After you determine that you need to see if it is supported by your current version.

I have a Dell 4200 circa 1999 and it's (5) 4gb Hard Drive SCSI MegaRaid controller is support by RedHat, however it has AMI bios and I had to "flash" it to the current AMI revision to get RedHat to see it.

Once your determine your BIOS version on your SCSI adapter you will better understand the direction you need to take.
