Problems with USB Floppy and Kickstart

Im trying to install RH Enterprise edition using a USB floppy drive and a kickstart file. Everytime I try to tell it to look at the floppy it seems to ignore it completely. I made sure that the BIOS had USB enabled.

I have used:
ks=floppy:/kickstart.cfg
ks=/dev/floppy:/kickstart.cfg
ks=/dev/sda:/kickstart.cfg

All to no avail, any suggestions?

Ah, have to use ks=hd:sdc/ks.cfg

Now it's crapping out when it's trying to find the ethernet card.
