Problem installing RHEL to HP dc7900

Folks,

I am trying to install RHEL AS Release 4 Update 6 on my HP dc7900
desktop PC through network boot and the installation stops at
"PCI: Probing PCI hardware (bus 00)".

I try to put "linux pci=nommconf" at the linux boot prompt but
it fails with the following error.

boot: linux pci=nommconf
Loading pci=nommconf... failed!
Kernel load failure (insufficient memory?)

Any idea?

could be bad mobo idk?

I finally installed RH from the DVD instead of going through
network boot and it worked fine. The problem probably is with
the network boot image. I am good to go now.
