Problem installing PyQT and Xemacs

I am working with Red Hat 9 in my PC at home.

During the installation of Red Hat I did not select some packages as Xemacs and PyQT.

After that, I decided to install those packages but I am getting messages of failed dependencies. The problem is that I am not able to find all the dependencies in any of the installation CDs.

I will explain what I am doing:

a) To install pyqt:
rpm -ivh /mnt/cdrom/Ret Hat/RPMS/PyQt-3.5-5.i386.rpm

Error. Failed dependencies:
libsip.so.9 is needed

b) To install xemacs:
rpm -ivh /mn/cdrom/Ret Hat/RPMS/xemacs-21.4.12-6.i386.rpm

Error. Failed dependencies:
FreeWnn-libs is needed
apel-xemacs >=10.4 is needed
libwnn.so.0 is needed

When I explore the CDs I only find apel-xemacs-10.4-3.noarch.rpm. But as I said, the problem is I do not see the following in any of the CDs:
- libsip.so.9
- libWnn.so.0
- FreeWnn-lebs

Somebody could tell me where are they?
Maybe is necessary to download them from Internet? Is that is the case from which URL?

Any help is welcome
