Problem in running redhat-config-packages

Hi all folks,

RH8.0

I encountered probelm in running

redhat-config-packages

after selecting the packages to be installed and clicking 'update' it popup requesting for CD. I have the requsest CD inserted in CD-Rom and cliked 'OK' It popup "unable to acess disk" I tried many time rejecting and reloading the CD, inclusive mounting the CD but still the same. The CD # requesting is correct and the CD-Rom is working.

Have any suggestion/advice.

are you sure the cd is perfect?, copy this files into a folder, if you cant you need a new cd

Thanks for your response.

I think the CD without problem. This OS (RH8.0) was installed from this set of CD. Also I can mount the CD and install package from it without problem.

What I don't understand is why it could not be accessed on running 'redhat-config-packages'
