Printing issues with Canon

We've got a server running Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 4.
We also have several network printers setup on it.
But one printer is giving me problems, its a Canon Imagerunner 6570. We got it to print pretty easily, but it prints the ink very lightly. We can hardly see the words sometimes.
We have determined that the printer is not out of ink, because when making copies it prints normally. Also it prints normally when we send a job from any of the PC's in the office.
While setting it up, we put the settings as exactly the same as the other printers.

We are using the PostScript drivers if that helps at all.

Any and all help is much appreciated. Thanks.
