PowerEdge 2650 RedHat ES 2.6.9-5

Hello,

Im running Redhat ES 4.0 kernel 2.6.9-5 on a dell poweredge 2650. I'm seeing strange load issues, and terrible disk I/O. Does anyone know of issues with the new 2.6.9 kernel from redhat, and issues with disk io?

an lspci -v gives me this information:

thanks!
