let add to this, one the server that works my relay is this
relay=local or here is the log entry
to=<email@example.com>, orig_to=<Mailbox.firstname.lastname@example.org>, relay=local, delay=0, status=sent (delivered to mailbox)
on the box that gets queued i have this

any ideas why this is different?
