in my oraganisation
i have a some rhel machine which communicate only seff ip that means ping only with 127.0.0.1 and it self ip 192.168.0.80, when any other node try to ping on 192.168.0.80 then destination host unreachable error message i check every thing like:--
firewall, Selinux, sysctl.conf, ifcfg-eth0
can any one tell me what the reason

Try to plug in some PC directly to that RHEL using a crossover cable. If even that does not work, then you might have hardware problem, so add another NIC (LAN card) and try with that one.
You can also try to plug in some notebook to the LAN cable that RHEL is using and set it the same way and try if that works.
who is the Unreachable response from - the computer trying to ping or some router in between?
definitely check the routing tables on each device in the path.
